 客服部门 ：公司的客服负责售前、售中、售后的咨询服务，但是在ERP体现的是对订单的有效性进行审核，还有处理退换货。订单的有效性客服会根据客户提供的个人信息，进行人工审核+外呼确认来确认。

采购部门 ：根据公司的订单量和产品的现有库存进行计算管理，并负责采购和提前备货。

物流运营： 物流运营根据每个国家的规定政策，对接不同的运营商，并在系统设置每个物流商的发货量和发货种类。

仓储部门：仓库进行使用WMS进行货物的管理，拣货发货 （基本不使用ERP系统）。

业务部门 : 负责销售产品，所以有需求知道自己的产品和产品对应订单量是多少，对自己投入的成本和所有的库存进行管理计算。

Boss：需要看到公司的订单，投入的成本，应此需要一堆详细的报表。
