Tradebox One allows users to connect to multiple Amazon marketplaces, webstores and other channels and automatically import orders into a single intuitive order screen, where they can be picked packed and dispatched.

Stock levels can be automatically passed back to all connected channels, reducing the exposure of over selling.

All downloaded sales can be passed to Sage 50 or Xero Accounts, as either individual invoices/sales orders or summarised and passed as a single batch invoice, removing the burden of data entry and saving you time and money. Orders can be accounted for in the native currency of the order or converted to GBP. We can assist with bank reconciliation by automatically paying invoices off into notional  channel specific bank accounts (Amazon UK, FR, DE etc) and providing the ability to pass Amazon fees into the same accounts.

We can also help with VAT calculation for sellers registered for overseas VAT and provide reports to highlight how close you are to the VAT thresholds in other EU countries.
