  ShippingBo allows you to organize the work of each of your pickers according to the size of your organization, the number of parcels to be processed, and the limitations of your warehouse: for example, single or hive-grid picking; manual picking with printed picking slip; via PDA, pick2light, etc.
  
  Delivered ready to use, ShippingBo teams perform the initial setup in just a few hours, either remotely or following an on-site consultation from a logistics expert.
  
• Standardized, industry-compatible multi-carrier label design:
  
  ShippingBo links to your transportation contracts, meaning you can print labels accepted by most market carriers and resellers, including Colissimo, DPD, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, Letters Tracking, Boxtal, Amazon, and more.
  
  And of course, you can automate the choice of carrier by defining your business preferences.
  
• Automated and personalized parcel tracking:
  
  Individual parcel tracking numbers provided by the carriers are retrieved by ShippingBo and used to continuously update the status of each order across your sales channels, without any input from you.
  
  A notification engine lets you create customized communications.
  
  
• After-sales service and returns management
  With centralized orders, your ADV and after-sales service teams are able to answer customer queries using up-to-date information for each parcel.
  
  ShippingBo generates customer return labels that are tracked just as seamlessly as for shipping.

As a Logistics Management System (LMS), ShippingBo combines the functionality offered by OMS, WMS and DMC; however, ShippingBo customers can choose whether to enable these options.

Thanks to its meta API and 85+ connectors, ShippingBo easily integrates into your IT system: CMS, ERP, WMS, CRM, DMP, TMS, Flow Managers, BI, and more.
