Kibly, Inc. Description

Kibly is a service for third-party Amazon Sellers.  The Service is a monthly subscription of the Kibly software that allows Amazon sellers (“User”) to send personalized automatic email notifications to customers who place orders to their products through Amazon. 

A User may customize which orders receive automatic emails and may customize the content of those messages and when they are sent. The purpose of these emails is to effectively and automatically communicate with customers, primarily to solicit feedback on Amazon, and to proactively ask to correct problems with customers' orders before they leave negative feedback. Better feedback and reviews helps to increase the status of their Amazon listing.
