Channel Sales Manager (CSM) Description

Channel Sales Manager (CSM) will automate Amazon order retrieval and gain visibility to the fees that Amazon charges sellers for shipping and inventory management, all fully integrated into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.  

Core - CSM Core Includes the base framework for interacting with external eCommerce systems and marketplaces, including data interaction, processes, and an API engine to assist and template JSON and SOAP API Calls.

CSM Order Management - Includes Order Information Retrieval for both Amazon FBA and FBM, Automated Sales Order Builds, Automated Posting of FBA Orders, Amazon to NAV Customer Linking, Sending Shipment Tracking Information to Amazon.

CSM Financial Management - Requires CSM for Order Management. Retrieves Financial Event Group Information (the 14-day Amazon Payment Cycle) and related transaction detail. Order level Factbox showing Amazon Fees for a Sales Order. Allows fee types to be tagged with a GL Account to assist you in making your General Journal entry to account for Amazon Fees.

CSM Amazon Inventory Management - Requires CSM for Order Management. Allows the Creation of an FBA Shipping Plan. Retrieves Shipping Instructions from Amazon based on a submitted Plan. Creates Transfer Orders for Each Amazon Specified Shipment. Posts the BC Transfer Order Shipment and Receipt base on the status retrieved from Amazon.
