CROSS MALL Description

CROSS MALL is a web application which optimizes various online store admin tasks including order processing, inventory control, bulk product editing, ordering, and purchasing. The application enables you to centrally manage multiple online stores and streamline cumbersome admin tasks for multiple stores. The main features are:

■ Order Processing Features

Automatically acquires order information and allows shipments to be processed from within CROSS MALL (can support multiple online stores).

　· Automated order processing feature

　　　　Automatically processes order information in accordance with pre-defined rules.

　　　Example: Sorting orders by payment method, automatically making shipping requests for orders that do not require visual inspection, etc.

　· Bulk order processing

　　　Allows you to send emails and print out documents such as packing slips in bulk for multiple orders.

　　　You can also register package numbers to Amazon in bulk.

■ Inventory control feature

　· Manage inventories across multiple online stores

Automatically updates inventories across all stores when there is a change to the inventory, such as when an order is made or canceled.

　· Set inventory allocation patterns and inventory stock levels

　　　This feature allows you to set how inventory is allocated across each of your stores and set fixed stock levels.

　　　This helps prevent lost sales opportunities or over-selling.

■ Register and Edit Products in Bulk

　· Register new products in bulk

　　　Download inventory files to be registered in bulk from CROSS MALL.

　　　*Only available for the “Fashion & Accessories” and “Shoes & Bags” categories

　· Edit existing products

　　　Importing product information registered in Seller Central to CROSS MALL

　　　allows you to update the product information in CROSS MALL from then on.

■ FBA/FBA Multi-Channel Co-ordination

The FBA Multi-Channel Co-ordination feature allows you to complete the following tasks in CROSS MALL without having to log in to Seller Central.

　· Register shipping information

　· Obtain and reference FBA orders

　· Reference FBA inventory

　· Automatically switch between FBA fulfillment and self-fulfillment

　The FBA Multi Channel Co-ordination feature can even accommodate shipping requests for orders made from non-Amazon sales channels.

■ Amazon Business Support Feature

Offers the following features for use with Amazon Business.

　· Register product information for Amazon Business

　　　Allows you to set business prices, quantity discounts, etc.

　· Import Amazon Business orders

　　　Enables you to obtain necessary information such as order numbers when importing orders from business customers.
