Next Engine is a system born from actual online stores, developed by online sellers as a simple means of making their operations more efficient. 

Equipped with a number of store-focused features that drastically reduce the time required to run your online store, the system is packed with essential knowledge for growing your online store to survive in the future e-commerce industry.

Operating online stores requires you to perform operations for each store such as processing orders, managing inventory, adding products, creating product pages and making shipping arrangements.

As Next Engine is able to link to external systems, it can be used as a core system that allows you to centrally manage most tasks,

including POS, accounting software and payment companies, warehousing and WMS.

There are a variety of ways to sell online. E-commerce platforms, such asAmazon, compete with each other not just by running sales,

but by using many different methods to retain customers, including the use of points and benefit schemes.

The type of customer attracted by each method is different. That is why we need to run multiple online stores so that customers choose a store that we operate, no matter where they shop.

On the other hand, having multiple sales methods means having multiple management methods.

Thinking about how you run your stores, are you able to instinctively answer the questions: “How many more items do I have to ship today?” or “What is selling well right now across all platforms?”

Our special features allow you to manage the order status of multiple stores on a single screen and automatically manage orders.

You can check all the information you need using Next Engine, as it captures all order details, including the customer address, items ordered, payment method, gift and gift wrapping instructions.

You can do everything centrally, from confirming orders to shipping, without having to log in to the management screen for each store.

Furthermore, the automatic order status management feature has been greatly optimized, making it possible to easily deal with sudden increases in orders.

Next Engine links to external systems and is compatible with shipping carts on most e-commerce platforms.

Next Engine can also work with inquiry management systems (such as Mail Dealer), enabling you to respond to your customers quickly to improve customer satisfaction.

The system automatically progresses order statuses, making it easy to see which orders need to be confirmed and which orders are ready to ship. The system helps to reduce complaints, as it prevents inquiries from slipping through without response.

Although there are many companies other than Next Engine that offer order management systems, we believe that when it comes to selecting and installing an order management system,

it is best to have a system that can flexibly open and close stores while taking the potential for future sales channel expansion and market research into account.

We also think you should be able to see if the system is fully compatible with shopping carts on each platform.

Not only can you coordinate withWMS (warehouse management systems) that work with Next Engine, but you can also download generic shipping instructions and data required for processing inbound goods,

making it possible to work with various other WMS.

The system is compatible with a wide variety of payment methods. Since the system can work with a variety of different payment systems, this avoids you spending time confirming payments and prevents mistakes from happening.

Automating payment verification also helps to improve lead times for preparing products for shipment. The order status automatically progresses in different ways depending on the payment status.

5. The system can work with invoicing software.

Next Engine can output and import shipping data in batches from shipping carrier invoicing software, such as Sagawa Express's “e-Hiden Pro” and Yamato Transport's ”B2".

The system seamlessly and comprehensively performs a series of shipping tasks, from issuing invoices to sending shipping confirmation emails with invoice numbers,

reducing the number of manual copy-paste tasks and preventing potential mistakes.

Additionally, on some tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Yahoo! Shopping Store Creator Pro, Rakuten RMS, Wowma’s Wow!manager, 

the invoice number is displayed on the management screen through an API, further helping complete the order status.

6. The automatic sending of emails.

This system automatically sends3types of emails: thank you emails, shipping emails and follow-up emails.

Creating templates tailored to various situations, such as for different payment methods and the products purchased, allows emails to be sent automatically without needing to edit them for each customer.

The system is also compatible with encrypted email addresses, such as the Rakuten Anshin Email Address Service.

The email template feature is incredibly helpful at minimizing the amount of editing work you do.

You can create templates for all kinds of conditions, from the type of store purchased from, to emails for mobile devices, or by shipping method, payment method, number of purchases, and more. 

7. The purchasing and ordering feature.

This feature allows you to order products from suppliers and process purchases for them. You can reflect the number of items purchased in the current inventory and sell them.

The system allows you to centrally and efficiently manage all tasks in the chain, from ordering through to purchasing, with features such as

“order calculation,” which uses conditions you have configured in advance to calculate only the number of products that need to be ordered when a particular product becomes out-of-stock, and “Outstanding orders,” which allows you to check which ordered products are yet to be received.

When buying in stock, you can choose to order by product units or by purchase order.

8. The ability to analyze batches of sales and product information for all your stores

Sales management and data analysis are essential tasks for visualizing how you are doing with running your stores.

Knowledge of which products are selling well in which stores, which products are popular in each season, and which variation of a particular product is most popular

through numerical data, rather than just through your intuition or perception, is very useful in the planning and development of new products and as a measure to increase sales.

Next Engine is equipped with analytical features that work from a wide range of online store-specific perspectives, from the usual sales management and gross profit analysis for each store, to product cancellations, shipping costs, average customer spend, points, service fees, and more.

It allows you to quickly progress to your “next move” without having to spend time on data aggregation and its analysis.

Lastly, here are further details about the subscription fee.

Starting from JPY10,000 per month, Next Engine is provided on a pay-as-you-go basis, based on the number of orders.

There are no startup costs or additional fees based on the number of stores or products.

As we want you to continue to use our system for a long time, regardless of the scale of your stores or the types of products that you handle,

we do not charge additional fees based on the number of stores you run or the number of products you handle.

This system can be used in the medium- to long-term as your business grows and expands

and you take on new challenges in the form of opening stores on new e-commerce platforms and developing new products.

It is also easy to begin using our system since there are no startup fees,

and our monthly subscription fee is based only on what you actually used, so you do not incur any excess costs.

The basic monthly fee includes up to 400 orders.

If the number of orders exceeds 400, you will only be charged according to the number of orders actually processed.

In addition to the subscription fee,

after you have been with us for 12 months, the following month we will charge an annual maintenance fee of ¥15,000 for the previous year.

The cost will be JPY0 during the free trial period, no matter how many orders you process.

You will have unlimited used of Next Engine’s features and support during the free trial period.

As the pay-as-you-go charges only come into effect once you have purchased a subscription, you will be charged JPY0 during the free trial period, no matter how many orders you process.

*Please feel free to take your time and test the system out, as there are no automated charges unless you decide to purchase a subscription during the free trial period.
